2.  Administrator


Email list

 

Once the site is established, your Administrator controls the following:

  • News page - Add / Edit / Delete items of general interest to the group. Each contains a headline and paragraph, plus an optional photo to be uploaded.


  • Email list - Everyone can email individuals, but only the Administrator has access to the complete current list of addresses in the database so group messages may be easily sent


  • Member profiles - Edit or Delete profiles that are in error. Assist members who have forgotten their password.


  • Additional instructions and hints at an "Administrator Help" page
