5/8/2005     Rebel Runners Fielding 6 Teams! We're happy to announce that the Rebel Runners of Delaware will be well represented at the Delaware Marathon. Team coordinator TonyBBQ is confident of a good showing. Best of luck to all who participate. You can find the Rebels at Rebel Runners. Where else? 5/8/2005     Delaware Marathon The Delaware Marathon will be run on Sunday. It is a good race for relay teams. 4/2/2005     JIM Reborn at Eastern PA Chapter The JIM program will continue in 2005. A new national site is being developed. It will be great. 1/10/2005     Dress for the conditions Winter weather is here. Dress in layers. Remember to hydrate. Watch for those icy spots!
